By car

The MedBIC is located at the north end of the Anglia Ruskin Chelmsford campus, and can only be accessed via the A1016 Chelmer Valley Road, onto Alan Cherry Drive.

If using a SatNav you will need to enter "Alan Cherry Drive" rather than the postcode, as the postcode will take you to the main entrance at the south end of the campus. It is not possible to drive through the campus to The MedBIC as access through the centre of campus is restricted to Park and Ride buses and emergency vehicles only.

Once you have turned onto Alan Cherry Drive you will arrive at a mini roundabout, where you need to take the first exit (left) signposted to The MedBIC, then take the next left signposted to The MedBIC car park. Once parked you will need to report to reception at The MedBIC upon arrival and departure to sign in and out as a visitor.

The MedBIC is a 15 minute walk from Chelmsford Station, which has services from London Liverpool Street that take 35 minutes.

The MedBIC is on the Anglia Ruskin Chelmsford campus and is a short 10 minute walk from Chelmsford High Street.

The MedBIC is also served by Chelmsford's cycle paths and a cycle path runs right through the campus and past The MedBIC's front entrance.  To the side of the building there is covered bike storage.
